Most flights leave Maui late in the day. We recommend booking your last day of travel in our accommodations, so that you will have a place to stay until leaving for the Maui Airport. The airport code for Kahului, Maui is OGG.

• Rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State General Excise and Transient Accommodations Tax (effective July 01, 2010).

• $200 Reservation deposit required at time of reservation. $500 deposit for Christmas and New Years Holiday bookings. One-time $105 Cleaning/Reservation Fee added to reservation balance for Milowai unit. One-time $135 Cleaning/Reservation Fee added to reservation balance for Kanai A Nalu (2 bedroom) unit. One-time $70 cleaning fee for Kihei unit, if staying less then 7 nights. 7 or more nights requires no cleaning fee on new bookings for Kihei Bay Vista.

• Occupancy limit is 4 people for 1 bedroom units and 6 people for 2 bedroom units. This is a Hawaii State law. No pets allowed

• Minimum 3 night stay in Maalaea. Christmas/New Years Holiday period has a 10 night minimum.  Minimum 3 night stay in Kihei.

• No Smoking allowed in units

• Check in Time: 3 PM         Check out Time: 11 AM Maalaea

• Check in Time: 3 PM         Check out Time: 11 AM Kihei

• Start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing, laundry, & bath soap provided prior to check in. It will be the discretion of the guest to replenish the items as needed.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: $85 cancellation fee if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. The balance of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 60 days (Value Season) or 75 days (Peak Season) of arrival, the cancellation policy forfeits the $200 deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases. Trip Insurance.

• Christmas/New Years cancellations must be made before October 1st

• Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival (credit card) or 6 weeks prior to arrival for checks for Maalaea units.

• Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival value season and 45 days peak season for Kihei units.

• Written reservation confirmation upon deposit of $200 (Christmas $500). Deposit is applied to balance.
