Our Maui direct oceanfront unit at the Milowai Maalaea has been totally and completely renovated. It includes granite slab countertops, all new kitchen cabinets and new appliances, all new flooring, and new furnishings. In fact, everything is brand new since this unit has never been in  a vacation rental program before. This unit is perfect for your honeymoon and special anniversary or just an incredible vacation on Maui.  This unit is only 30 feet from the buildings edge to the ocean, the closest on Maui. This is a top floor unit which provides the utmost in privacy and spectacular views.

Stayed here for our honeymoon in August and are counting the days till we can go again. Will definitely recommend. The view is AMAZING. Straight shot to Haleakala. Sunrises pretty early and was a blessing to see it come over the mountain. There is so much to rave about this condo. The updated conveniences in the kitchen were top of the line, as well. Had everything that was needed and then some. Was extremely nice to have the washer and dryer in the facility. Oh I loved this stay. Thank you so much Tim and Vicky for allowing us to stay there. Mahalo!!  

Our Maui beachfront/oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation condo rental at the Kanai A Nalu is right at the beginning of 5 miles of uninterrupted beach, the longest continuous beach on Maui. It has been remodeled and offers those with families or those who want luxury at an affordable rate, the opportunity to stay right on the beach. The views afforded from this beachfront condo are unlike any other on Maui. This condo sits right over the beach and we are only 30 feet from buildings edge to waters edge, the closest on Maui.

Aloha fellow travelers....picture this, You are sitting on your lanai, your favorite beverage in hand, with a tropical breeze keeping you refreshed, the palm trees swaying and the surf is making its magical sound. Yes, you are out on the beachfront lanai at the 'Kanai A Nalu' Unit #402 in Tim's condo paradise. This little paradise also comes with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, and is very nicely furnished. We loved our stay and thank Tim for opening his home to us.  We loved our stay and we will be back. Mahalo, Kathy Burlingame

Our other Maui vacation rental is at the very popular Kihei Bay Vista complex in Kihei which is directly across the street from the ocean and 5 miles of continuous beach, the longest on Maui. This complex has lush tropical landscaping and the unit has been fully upgraded with new flooring, new appliances, new paint, and new AC. Kihei Bay Vista A204 was a perfect place for us. The unit was very clean and just as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, with new appliances, a convenient washer/dryer in the hall closet. The bathroom was very nicely upgraded..the best shower we've used/ compared to a couple condos on Kauai, and another on Maui we've stayed at. We didn't have to bring any towels, which was really nice, and there were beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, coolers,..all we needed for great times on the sandy beaches. We did 'snorkel bob' our gear, but there also were some there. The WiFi in the unit was handy for downloading e-books, and the TVs were nice too. The lanai was very pleasant to sit and read, eat, relax, watch birds, etc. We were shown a neighboring unit, by its owner, and though it was a mirror image, ours was so much nicer, with the updated bath and kitchen, and the higher end furnishings! The complex was kept very clean, without daily leaf blowers, etc, and the place was quiet. The swimming pool was very nice, and kept sparkling clean. The location was great, we liked the North end of Kihei, it was very nice. It was nice having Tim (the owner) give us a call to see how we were doing..was everything going well..any problems..etc. Two years ago, we had minimal cooking facilities in the condo, so we ate out for almost every breakfast, and we tried almost the whole menu at the Kihei cafe..a absolute must...but with the full kitchen, I made breakfast for my bride all but 3 mornings. We will return!
